Survey results – Reviews about STARS
In March 2019, for the first time in the history of our company, we decided to invite our clients to express their opinion about us and about our services. The project was entrusted to one of the most professional companies of this type of research: ARC Rynek i Opinia.
The total of 89 people (only our current clients) took part in the survey, which is a fantastic result and once again thank you to all who have devoted their valuable professional or private time.
The results, which exceeded our expectations, are presented below and we declare that we will strive to maintain such a high level of service in the years to come!

This is the most important parameter of the entire survey. And the reason for our pride. According to Wikipedia:
Net Promoter Score (NPS) – is a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of a firm’s customer relationships. (…) An NPS can be as low as −100 (every respondent is a “detractor”) or as high as +100 (every respondent is a “promoter”). NPS scores vary across different industries, but a positive NPS (i.e., one that is higher than zero) is generally deemed good, a NPS of +50 is generally deemed excellent, and anything over +70 is exceptional.
